The parking lot is far too small and difficult to maneuver. Many vehicles are having trouble accessing the drive-through.

We stopped at this McDonald's on our way back from vacation. The staff was overwhelmed and not very friendly. We had a problem, and the young woman I explained my order issue to didn't even look at me and turned on her heel. Another woman called out to her; she didn't speak French and didn't understand how to place her order at the kiosk. This employee didn't bother to turn around. Reading the reviews, I realize I'm not the only one who's unhappy. The patio was dirty, with spilled liquid. I had to walk through it to find a seat. Next time, I'll go somewhere else.

06/08/2026: I was there two weeks ago and I ate the Neapolitan Pizza. The taste was good and the Restaurant was really nice.
26/07/2026: First time here, very warm welcome, delicious and generous pizzas, we had a lovely time on the terrace, I highly recommend it and will gladly return

05/07/2026: We ordered a four-cheese pizza, and strangely enough, it only had two types of cheese, making it more like a goat cheese pizza. As for the kebab platter, it was just raw vegetables with a very acidic vinaigrette dressing, so it was inedible. And the box was overpriced for what it contained.
12/06/2026: Never disappointed! Even today, I was in a hurry, and I was served in 3 minutes—thanks to the team! The prices are comparable to, or even lower than, other snack bars in Rethel, and the quality is always excellent. I recommend Kervan without hesitation.
