Often there's a long wait at the drive-thru as well as in the dining area. There are occasional minor oversights, but the staff is very friendly and attentive. Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything. It's a typical McDonald's atmosphere, but the play area is often pleasant for parents, if you get along (earplugs can be useful!).

We bought two meals. Two large Cokes (if you can even call them large – half a glass), and a hamburger that was missing bacon. The manager opened it with her fingers and handed it back to us. Hygiene and politeness were questionable.

Usual usual! Slow service. Parked up yet again with a 22 minute wait for food! McDonalds, you need to change both your strategies and your business model. You are inconvenience to your customers!

One point deducted because of the women's restroom. There was only one women's restroom. The toilet had no seat and wasn't very clean. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The whole point of the Happy Meal is that it costs 4 euros... I'm surprised by all these extras... Apple juice, no fries for dessert... I don't go to McDonald's often, maybe this is common, but for me, this is false advertising.

Unfortunately, we're often disappointed with this McDonald's… tonight we got takeout and, as almost always, our son didn't have the book. It's a recurring problem. As for the meal, well, the fries were incredibly soggy, and the same went for the potato wedges. It's a real shame.

I really appreciated the service, the quality of the food, and the honesty of the owners who found a piece of jewelry (a ring) that's dear to me and that I'd left in the restroom after washing my hands. 17/04/2026: I just ate there with my husband and daughters, and honestly, it was fantastic! The service was perfect, nothing to complain about, very friendly, the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back. It's perfect!

As for the pasta carbonara, the dishes were served hot and fresh from the kitchen. If this was not to your liking, you should have let us know immediately: we would, of course, have responded promptly. Regarding the time of your reservation, we welcomed you at the end of service and never refused to serve you. This was in no way a complaint, but simply an organizational constraint. Finally, no compensation was offered since it was not accepted by you.
