The only downside: the manager (with the rose behind her ear) who, as usual, grumbles and speaks to the employees in a condescending manner. We've all noticed you're the manager; there's no need to belittle the employees in front of everyone to demonstrate it. A more respectful attitude would do much more to enhance your role.
On the other hand, the rest of the team is fantastic! Always smiling, welcoming, and professional.
