Excellent service, great atmosphere 👍.
However, a major drawback was the toilets, which were in a deplorable state. I preferred to take my 9-year-old daughter to the toilets at Place Kléber (which were very clean) rather than use the McDonald's toilets and risk catching an infection.

It was very crowded, but the wait wasn't long. It was very clean. The restrooms were clean too. The food wasn't as tasty as at other McDonald's restaurants. But I give it 5 stars for having a Russian language menu. Thank you!

as i travel throughout the world i make it a point to visit mcdonalds as a baseline. strasbourg mcdonalds was top tier, great food, good service, 10/10

This place has really changed!
It was very good, well-cooked, piping hot, and nothing was missing.
The Big Mac sauce for the nuggets is truly delicious 😋
I had the Sakura drink, and it wasn't too sweet at all, just the right amount!
The atmosphere was quite calm, and we didn't have to wait long for our tray.
There was plenty of seating that day, so I was really happy.
Overall, I'm satisfied 😁
I only have one picture of my empty tray, but it's proof of my visit and that everything was good!

The meal was good, cooked perfectly—not dry—and at the right temperature.
We were a little confused at first because there's no easel at the self-service kiosks, and the kiosk asks you to enter a number. We asked the staff what to do. But this could be a problem during busy periods. A little guidance would be helpful.
