McDonald's sur Strasbourg

Today I wanted to share my experience at this McDonald's, an experience that, I must admit, was particularly satisfying in its simplicity. From the moment I arrived, I quickly realized I was going to have a relatively pleasant time. The atmosphere was what one would reasonably expect from a McDonald's: neither too extraordinary nor particularly disappointing. Just good. And sometimes, you have to recognize the value of an establishment that does exactly what you ask of it. So I ordered my meal and then waited patiently for it to be prepared. Once the meal was in my hands, I could see that everything was there, properly prepared, and above all, ready to eat. So I sat down and started eating. And frankly: it was good. I'm not going to pretend I had a gastronomic experience comparable to that of a Michelin-starred restaurant, because that would obviously be an exaggeration. But did I eat well? Yes. Was I satisfied with my meal? Yes. Do I regret coming? Absolutely not. The different elements of my meal perfectly fulfilled their purpose: to nourish me and provide a pleasant experience. Every bite contributed to this simple yet effective experience. I ate peacefully, without any particular problems, and the further I progressed through my meal, the more I thought that, ultimately, this McDonald's was really… good. At the end of the meal, I was satisfied. And when you leave a McDonald's feeling satisfied after eating something you enjoyed, you can objectively consider the mission accomplished. I could continue for several more paragraphs analyzing this experience, but I think it's time to get straight to the point: the McDonald's was good, I ate well, and I left happy. That's it. Thank you to the team for this meal. I therefore recommend this McDonald's to anyone wanting to go to a McDonald's, eat something, and leave feeling satisfied. Experience approved. 👍🏻

The nuggets weren't great, half-cooked and half-frozen, and the drinks were mostly water.

A lady asked me to leave a review, but I prefer to watch the bankai of the great and one and only ZARAKI KENPACHI MOUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA (evil laugh).

A rather disappointing experience at this McDonald's on Rue des Grandes Arcades in Strasbourg. We first went there the day before yesterday after a movie, which is right next door. We arrived around 12:48 AM, even though the restaurant was advertised as closing at 1:00 AM. My boyfriend just wanted a Croque McDo. He rushed to get there before closing time, but once he arrived, the self-service kiosks were already out of order. Orders were still being prepared, so we assumed they were mostly takeout or delivery orders. An employee initially told him they were closed, then the manager came to confirm they were no longer taking orders, even though there were still more than ten minutes left before the posted closing time. We found this quite disappointing, especially for such a quick order. We still went back the next day to eat nuggets, get a milkshake, etc. The food was good, but unfortunately, several things disappointed us. First of all, the wait was incredibly long. Secondly, the restrooms were in a truly appalling state: a puddle on the floor, toilet paper everywhere, a strong odor, doors that didn't close properly, creaked, and even holes in some doors that were literally see-through. This was the most shocking aspect, as the state of the facilities was extremely unpleasant. Regarding the milkshake, there was also a brown stain inside when we received it. Fortunately, the staff immediately gave us another one, so we have no complaints about their response in that regard. In the end, the food was decent, and we appreciated being able to sit upstairs, but between the very long wait, the fact that orders were closed before the advertised time, and especially the state of the restrooms, the experience was really quite poor. I sincerely hope that the hygiene of the restrooms can be improved, as it's a real shame for a restaurant located right in the center of Strasbourg.
