McDonald's sur Belley

It’s the only McDonald’s that serves burgers that look exactly like those in the ads. A killing!!!! Table service with a SMILE which is becoming increasingly rare I recommend ++++

In recent years, they have greatly improved on order preparation, much less forgetfulness and errors. The new click and collect system is really nice.

My royal cheese has almost no sauce, I have to add my own ketchup. I had ordered 3 menus with 3 burgers without pickles, and we ended up with 2 menus with pickles. For the potatoes and fries with cheddar it was quite stingy on the quantity and had to add cheddar too. This isn't the first time we've seen this kind of thing happen to them.

Loyal to this establishment, we have always had positive exchanges with the team. Tonight, a little downside. When our platters arrived, my husband realized that he had not received his deluxe sauce for his potaetos. Without a second thought, I go to the counter with my biggest smile to ask for it. I return to our table and my husband tells me that there was no barbecue sauce for his nuggets either. I went back a second time (with the pot of nuggets) and even laughed a little saying that it wasn't our evening Before the young man who served us gave me the object of the crime, I was sharply questioned by the young lady who was preparing the trays. - this is the 2nd time you have come and I always put the sauces on the trays. I felt insulted. So I answered - Well no, the proof. And to err is human, (she prepared a lot of orders) on the other hand I will not allow you to call me a liar (with a smile all the same). His attitude shocked me because although I came twice, I introduced myself with a smile. I completely accept a mistake. I do not accept a dry, contemptuous tone, and being reprimanded roundly as if I had tried to free ride. I forgive this overwhelmed young woman but she still hurt me.
