30/07/2026: Once again, I ordered at the kiosk with loyalty points that weren't validated at the end of the order. I reported the issue to an employee whose only response was, "Sometimes it glitches." I don't even want to imagine that a company like McDonald's, with its IT infrastructure, doesn't bother fixing things. Keep it up, and we won't be coming back to your restaurant for nothing. Thank you for your response, but it's the completely disinterested tone of your teammate that prompted me to leave this comment. I honestly find it hard to believe that a company like McDonald's doesn't resolve this type of problem. 🤔 Please inform your teammates that their actions and behavior are generating negative feedback. And yes, the ball is definitely in the court of the Belley restaurant. Not passing the buck is also a sign of professionalism.

20/07/2026: The floor could be cleaner, and the tables too, but the food and drinks were tasty.

23/07/2026: I ordered a vegetarian pizza, very few vegetables; I prefer to go to the competitor across from the post office. I bought a pizza today, it was nothing like this.

18/07/2026: Excellent pizzas with a huge selection, very friendly staff, great terrace... and a special mention for the tiramisu. Excellent value for money!

23/07/2026: Very welcoming, the food is excellent (paninis), and the staff are pleasant. I recommend it.

17/07/2026: Dry, bitter salad, burnt hamburger steak, fries were okay, lasagna was so-so, price okay, staff was friendly.
