This fast-food restaurant needs to rethink its approach.
It's no longer the fast service it used to be, but rather an indefinite wait at the drive-thru, usually over 20 minutes for a meal.
I find this absurd and shameful.
Especially since there are very few people there every time I go.

We stopped by on a Sunday evening around 8 pm. There was a bit of a wait to order, then we were served at our table in about 5 minutes. Two items were missing from the children's menu, which we pointed out at the counter and they were corrected immediately. The food was served hot, the restaurant wasn't very busy, and the tables were clean. It was adequate for what we expected.

Reading that a service is described as "a nightmare" or "catastrophic" is undoubtedly difficult for the people who work there and dedicate themselves to it every day, often during peak hours. Criticism is legitimate, but respect for those who do their utmost to provide the best possible service should be equally so!
The teams perform continuous cleaning in the dining area throughout the day to ensure the restaurant's cleanliness.
As in any place open to the public, the condition of the premises also depends on everyone's behavior and respect, and some areas can get dirty very quickly! I encourage everyone to treat the premises with the same respect they would at home, so that the restaurant remains a pleasant experience for all!

I go there regularly, and I have nothing but praise; the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The restaurant is very clean, which is rare. The burgers are freshly made to order. Thank you and well done to the whole team!
