It was extremely cold in this McDonald's; we couldn't eat there because we were with children. The employees were freezing, especially the cashier who served me; she was rubbing her hands together because she was so cold. This isn't normal for either the employees or the customers, given the temperatures.

Thank you to the McDonald's team for their warm welcome and smiles, even when it's busy and the wait can be a bit long. I especially want to thank the team on duty this Sunday, as well as management: always friendly, attentive, and professional. Special mention to the new recruits and staff, who are truly fantastic. Every time I visit, I leave delighted. Thank you!
