Good morning. We went with 2 people. We ordered 2 smart menus. We really liked the meal. Except that it is not served at the table, too much ice cubes in the drink. Good day.

We were greeted at the entrance of the restaurant by a super nice lady 😊 Plus we were served quickly and our sandwiches were super good. I recommend. There are lots of people, yes, but the team knows how to manage the crowds. 😊

I loved my time at the restaurant, quick, less dirty than other McDonald's in Bordeaux, the staff was very welcoming (especially the manager Sammy) and pleasant, incredible. thank you

14/03/2024: I had a problem again with the Macdo application which is really deplorable, I did not receive the correct order and it was impossible to get a refund via the application. In just a few phone calls to the McDonald's directly, my problem was resolved despite a huge rush! I was there to pick up my replacement order and I even got a dessert! I got a lot of help from a super nice tall blonde, she saved my only meal of the day! She and a little brunette with glasses. I found you really nice despite the crazy rush there was. I'm sorry I couldn't remember your names but you deserve beautiful things!

02/04/2024: Although there were many people, they attended to the order quickly, and a waiter helped me with the trays because I couldn't do it alone.
