After several visits and often disappointing experiences, tonight was the last straw.
The double cheeseburger with bacon is often bacon-free, and with gas prices these days, we're not going back for one slice of bacon.
The restaurant was packed tonight, but the staff didn't seem particularly bothered and took the time to chat. One employee even took a picture of the queue; admittedly, there wasn't much else to do. Almost a 30-minute wait... no apology... and everything was cold!

Something is always missing from the order. So when it's a drive-through, it's really annoying.
Last time it was the children's toys.
Always the napkins and sauces.
And this time, all they have are the napkins, a drink, and the ice cream.
Prices have already gone up a lot, and everything is extra. The €4 Happy Meal turns into €6 or €7, but if half the order is missing on top of that, it's outrageous.
It's my children's order, so it's disappointing, especially since the idea was to treat them.
How do I get compensation?

Honestly, you need to improve the fries. I've checked at least five times before leaving, and if you order a Maxi Best Of, the bag of fries is barely half full. It's outrageous to serve them like that, especially at McDonald's prices. It's unacceptable, not to mention the wait time for a fast food place. Before, they compensated by being customer-friendly and giving something away. Luckily, most places are nice.

Once again, we left McDonald's with an incomplete order. This happens far too often; it's a total lack of professionalism. I should point out that it wasn't very busy. I can excuse it when it's a rush, but that wasn't the case here! 👎👎👎👎👎

A drive-thru employee prioritized joking around with someone in the kitchen (fry line) over taking orders… it was disruptive for customers who wanted to order and go home. It was 8:45 PM, and there weren't many people around, so the wait shouldn't have been necessary… besides, customers aren't your friends, regardless of age. Be serious.
Luckily, the food was hot and well-prepared. Otherwise, it would have really contributed to giving a bad impression of tonight's service. Thank you to the person who took the order; the food was great.
Too bad for you, we went to McDonald's school too. 😉
