A very pleasant experience at this McDonald's restaurant 😊
The location is particularly well-suited for families, with an excellent, clean, and safe children's play area 👶🎈. The restrooms are also very clean, which is a real plus 👍.
Another great feature: the presence of car charging stations nearby 🚗⚡, very convenient during a break.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help, even when you ask for something specific 😊
I highly recommend this place! 💛

Restaurant was only moderately clean: many tables weren't cleaned, and there was no toilet paper. Service was quick and the burgers were well-made. Great for charging your car.

The service is quick and the staff are quite pleasant and polite. However...the dining area is absolutely disgusting. The tables are poorly cleaned...even worse...food scraps pile up on the tables and chairs of this fast-food restaurant as customers leave. The cleanliness and hygiene of the premises need a complete overhaul.

It's a disaster!
It's not fast food anymore, it's a long-distance restaurant.
Nothing against the staff, they're working flat out.
McDonald's used to produce food without counting the cost and throw it away every few minutes.
They've reduced waste... but not only that... the new system isn't designed to handle high volume.
They've also reduced the number of cashiers, but the self-service kiosks often malfunction. And that's not even mentioning the mistakes in my orders.
I'm fed up with McDonald's in general.
Whether it's in Bordeaux, Arcachon, or even Argelès-sur-Mer.
More economists who came up with this brilliant productivity.

After several visits and often disappointing experiences, tonight was the last straw.
The double cheeseburger with bacon is often bacon-free, and with gas prices these days, we're not going back for one slice of bacon.
The restaurant was packed tonight, but the staff didn't seem particularly bothered and took the time to chat. One employee even took a picture of the queue; admittedly, there wasn't much else to do. Almost a 30-minute wait... no apology... and everything was cold!

Something is always missing from the order. So when it's a drive-through, it's really annoying.
Last time it was the children's toys.
Always the napkins and sauces.
And this time, all they have are the napkins, a drink, and the ice cream.
Prices have already gone up a lot, and everything is extra. The €4 Happy Meal turns into €6 or €7, but if half the order is missing on top of that, it's outrageous.
It's my children's order, so it's disappointing, especially since the idea was to treat them.
How do I get compensation?

Honestly, you need to improve the fries. I've checked at least five times before leaving, and if you order a Maxi Best Of, the bag of fries is barely half full. It's outrageous to serve them like that, especially at McDonald's prices. It's unacceptable, not to mention the wait time for a fast food place. Before, they compensated by being customer-friendly and giving something away. Luckily, most places are nice.
