Okay, it's mac do. In terms of food, it’s no surprise. On the other hand, the welcome remains good but the ventilation, then the air conditioning, then the full heating is really unpleasant. Back at McDonald's this evening. Good level of cleaning and maintenance of the seats, you will have to move around a little. Still big shortages in terms of cleaning... And now a systematic breakdown of the order terminals. It would be good to remind the manager that you don't shout at a teammate like you do in a stadium, and what's more, you don't ask him: "what's your name???" In front of customers. Clear effort in terms of cleanliness. Return of dirty tables and fan manager. It moves so much air that at one point we felt cold. On the other hand, its
mobile phone, there's no risk of it getting cold... We're sinking in, guys; we're sinking! Today November 20, 2 terminals operating over 5 and 1/2 hours
between the order and the arrival of the trays... We're really going to have to change managers. Sunday 9/06 5 p.m. Fries are still lying on the ground, trays are piled up on the trash cans, tables have not been cleared and we have been waiting for a quarter of an hour for a cappuccino and a chocolate..... August 13. Tonight the unacknowledged incompetence of a manager. We order at the terminal which lets us go when it's time to pay, with a little note saying to go to the cash register. And there the manager asks me to reorder the entire order. Of course it's not his fault if the terminal is broken, as is very often the case! No more than it's his fault there's no more salad. And to argue the fact that by making 3 times more turnover, he does not order 3 times more products, it is because there was an accident which, it is true, blocked everything. Except that the accident ended more than 4 hours ago and having passed the incriminated place three hours earlier, traffic was restored. So blaming two seriously injured people for the lack of products... Finally, Macdo France advised me to look at these recurring problems with management. Obviously the manager doesn't really care. After all he is right, he is alone, for the moment, in the sector while others in Argelès pose no problem of operation or even cleanliness.
