I was surprised to find that some employees were wearing a beard cover, but no cap, which leaves me doubtful about the hygiene standards applied. Additionally, during my visit, no napkins or forks were available with my order. This clearly lacks care for a chain of this size. Too bad, because the products are correct, but these details tarnish the experience.
