Well, I don't know what happened today, Monday, at the 1:22 PM service, but I waited over 30 minutes for an order that never arrived, even though I was right at the counter. They had to remake my order because mine had been left aside since they couldn't find it. I was at the counter! 😒 The service this morning was a disaster; all the customers were complaining and asking for refunds. I was late for my bus and had to walk for an hour—great! 😒😒😒 I won't be going back anytime soon.

A very good experience. I had an excellent burger and everything was delicious. A young man served me; he was very kind and helpful, his name was Galiam, if I remember correctly.
I recommend this McDonald's.

A huge thank you to the entire team at McDonald's Nice Lingostière! My two daughters and I came today and had a wonderful time. The service was quick, and the whole team was smiling, professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. It's truly a pleasure to be welcomed by such dedicated and caring staff. I went to McDonald's on July 14th at 7:30 PM. The manager, Baptiste, I think, was very quick and handled a minor issue very efficiently with a big smile. He was truly welcoming and warm, and had excellent customer service skills—a key person in the company.
