I came this evening at 8:55 p.m. to the McDonald's in Auchan Saint Genis Laval, as with every takeaway order reception there are always items missing, drinks half filled, there is no more ice tea, there is no more ice , the sauces are requested on the screen and in the end 1 ketchup sauce in the bag instead of the 3 requested, nuggets per 6 forgotten, staff not pleasant and not smiling in the service, neglectful +++++++, I prefer to go a few kilometers more to go to that of Pierre Benite and yet I gave a lot of chance to that of Saint Genis,
