After an Uber Eats order where I only received half of it due to the driver forgetting to take one out of two bags, leaving the customer without a solution, my husband/wife managed the whole problem. Even though I had to pay for another delivery so a different driver could come to the restaurant, I received a gesture of goodwill for the extra cost. Kudos to my husband/wife for their professionalism; despite the rush, they answered the phone and took the time to resolve this issue.

Honestly, thank you Estime! Super kind, very welcoming, and always smiling. He puts you in a good mood as soon as you arrive and takes good care of his customers. The food was good, but the property leaves much to be desired. The toilets look abandoned, the mirror in the bathroom, the sink—don't even get me started—the floor is sticky underfoot, and the smell is awful. The tables are dirty…

Long wait, order error despite a "prepared" tray, the service is getting worse and worse... What a shame!
Edit 5 years later... Well, it's getting worse and worse, 40 minutes for a burger and a drink on a Monday at 12:15 pm... run away! It's almost your fault if the order is delayed... Seriously, Saint-Genis, never again!
