Service was fairly quick, but the toilets were pay-to-use and there was no water in the sinks.

I had a pleasant experience at McDonald's. The welcome was friendly, the order was prepared quickly, and the food was well-presented and served hot. I appreciated the menu selection and the value for money. The dining area was pleasant, and the service was efficient throughout. A simple, quick, and satisfying experience, ideal for a lunch break or a quick bite. I'll gladly return!

There's always something missing when I place the order!

The place is very clean and pleasant. Several self-service kiosks are available to minimize waiting time at the register. The checkout process and table service are impeccable, and the staff is, overall, quite pleasant. However, I would like to point out a negative point regarding my order. A mistake was made when preparing my Double Cheeseburger. Instead of remaking the product correctly, a simple slice of cheddar cheese, which wasn't even melted, and a cold steak were added to the sandwich. When I went to report this error to the employees, one of them rolled his eyes and claimed I was exaggerating. I find this reaction regrettable and unprofessional, especially since the error originated with the restaurant. Despite this incident, I highly recommend this McDonald's if you're looking for a quiet, clean, and pleasant place in the heart of Paris.

Best McDonald's I've ever tried. Warm and quick service. I barely ordered and my order arrived in less than 10 minutes, even though it was during a busy time (1:40 PM). Top-notch.

It took a little longer than we are used to at McDonald's for our food to be brought. A drink was missing, but that was quickly resolved. There was no coffee (or at least not at the ordering kiosk on the 1st floor). There was, however, an incredibly quiet atmosphere, which was truly a breath of fresh air. The background music was very quiet jazz, which was very surprising, I must say. The toilet is free if you eat there, but you do have to ask for a coin.

Warm and cozy atmosphere here , not like home in Sweden, here they served the food to the table. It was so clean and quiet. I strongly recommend this place ⭐🇫🇷
