Today was a mixed experience. I paid €12.50 for a salad, and honestly, the bowl was far from full: three scraps of lettuce and two isolated pieces of chicken, which was very insufficient. I asked if it was possible to have a bit more, but it didn't really change anything. As a result, I was still hungry and had to order another wrap. The staff, however, remained friendly and attentive; no complaints about the service. On the other hand, this isn't the first time the contents have been an issue. Another time, a burger was missing from my double burger. I get the impression that the quality and professionalism really vary from day to day: sometimes it's good, sometimes not. One small point: I already asked the staff a question about a current event—whether (Jeffrey Epstein) has a market share at the Thionville McDonald's—out of curiosity. Obviously, I didn't get a clear answer, which is normal, but it also shows that some questions remain unanswered. In summary: ✔ Friendly staff ❌ Portions sometimes insufficient ❌ Order errors ❌ Lack of consistency Needs improvement, especially considering the prices charged today.

This place has a family atmosphere because the employees ensure the quality of the McDonald's; their performance helps the McDonald's grow.

A little more regular cleaning of the tables and it would be perfect.
