29/04/2026: I wanted to leave a review following an incident I witnessed. Two employees were unjustifiably and aggressively confronted by customers, even though they had done nothing wrong. They remained calm and professional despite the situation. The customers even returned with their mothers, presumably to continue their harassment and demand a manager, displaying a clearly excessive level of aggression. Frankly, I respect the employees for their composure. This kind of behavior towards people who are working is unacceptable. For my part, the service was satisfactory, and the team deserves support.
