Relaxed atmosphere and good French cuisine in this popular restaurant without fuss or manners. Terrace under a sumptuous lime tree with a view of the mountains. Attentive, friendly and professional service. Dish of the day and menu at a very reasonable price.

Unavoidable ! I felt at home (HDF / Bailleul / Flanders) Fondue and meats at the top. Very nice waiter, boss too! Keep it up, you have the right recipe!!! 🤟🍺😁

Accueil agréable, service correct et surtout plats délicieux et copieux. Moins bien placé que les autres restaurants de Samoens mais tout aussi méritant voir plus. On reviendra....

Le Gai Soleil

30/08/2024: Fantastic stay at Gai Soleil. The owners are warm and welcoming. Be sure to leave room for their delicious dinner. We enjoyed drinks in their garden bar, perfect for a post hike pick me up. Super comfortable beds. I hope to stay here again one day! Merci pour la visite.

Le Monde a l'Envers

01/10/2024: I was on my bike, looking for a bar in Samoëns to drink a little coke, and I came across this beautiful place and open by chance, which is rare in the off-season!! What a lovely surprise, a terrible terrace with a crazy view, over the mountains, the interior, is terribly beautiful, and very cocooning, warm with a very beautiful decor 😍 I quickly hit it off with Stéphane, the very kind manager of the establishment!! A pleasure to drink my little coke on the terrace, accompanied by very pleasant music, the little extra to have a good time. It's sure, it's a great place to come back with friends to have a good time over a drink (or two🤪) and a good board (or two🤪🤣) 👉 See you soon at Big Bear 🍺😍🍹
