We came to Memphis last Friday for afternoon tea. There's a great atmosphere in the restaurant, and the servers are very friendly. We ordered two pancakes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, Nutella, and maple syrup—they were delicious! We were served by Mike, who was very professional and knew how to make you smile. A big thank you to him!

I've never been disappointed by this restaurant. The food is always excellent, the service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Menphis at Polygone Béziers is a sure bet that I recommend without hesitation.

A very welcoming place, with perfectly executed food. Special mention to Mike: a very pleasant, courteous, attentive, and highly professional waiter. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I can say without hesitation that a colleague like him is a real asset to any business. His welcoming nature, his attentiveness to customers, and his dedication clearly make a difference—and that's unfortunately what's lacking in many establishments today. Well done to him and the team.
