This american style diner is situated on the top floor of the Polygon Shopping Mall. We were there in the summer, so we ate on the terrace. The service was quick and the food was very tasty. The prices were also fair. About 16 Euros for a burger with fries and sauce. The staff was very friendly and spoke english. We ordered hamburgers - delicious, my kids ate the whole thing and we ordered the regular size burger, not the kids menu. I would definitely eat here again.

A fantastic evening spent at Memphis in Béziers. As a long-time regular, I'm never disappointed: the quality of the food, the quick service, and the reasonable prices. A big thank you to Shainez and Susanna for their warm welcome and kindness.

I wanted to leave a review for the waitress Ashley, who was very pleasant and has excellent taste, as she complimented my necklace 🤭. The service was top-notch, the brioche and sundae were delicious—what more could I ask for! A lovely end to the evening at this restaurant, thank you!

I came to eat on Thursday. The waitress was super nice, very polite and professional. Unfortunately, I don't know her first name; I know she's there for the season. I came back to eat on Friday, but she wasn't working. If you could give her a bonus, that would be great.

24/07/2026: Original cuisine with Asian-inspired burgers and excellent noodles. Everything is homemade (even the fries). The bao buns are also very good. Even the sodas are unique.
