First hotel that ive ever visited where the stafd behind the reception desk dont great and dont speak english. How can you work in a hotel but not speak english? The rooms where nice and clean but the toiley did not flush correctly

Quiet hotel with very appreciable and accessible free parking. Ok for PMR. The staff of this establishment always have a smile and systematically offer a great welcome. The breakfasts are gargantuan. As for the rooms, they are quite correct. I might opt ​​to renovate the bathrooms to install showers. It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

The welcome is warm, the smiles are genuine, and you can immediately tell they love what they do. Thomas, in particular, brings a real positive energy: he offers kind advice, remains available even when it's busy, and truly puts you at ease. What I appreciate most is that this quality of service isn't a fluke: it's like this every single time. You can see that he inspires his team, creates a great atmosphere around him, and that it's reflected in the service. Everyone seems motivated, united, and attentive to the customers. Thanks to Thomas, there's a pleasant and respectful atmosphere, a real change from the everyday. Thank you to him and the whole team for their consistency, good humor, and professionalism. It's refreshing to encounter such dedicated people.
24/11/2025: The staff were very polite and friendly. The restaurant was large. And the food selection was better compared to other McDonald's.
