I saw a 3.5 rating, I've had the experience twice in the last few days, today and yesterday, and frankly, the team is top-notch: welcoming, empathetic, responsive, everything is there.

I went to McDonald's last night and was very satisfied with the service. I was greeted and served by a very friendly, smiling, and pleasant young man with excellent communication skills. His welcome was truly warm and professional.
I asked him his name; it's Daniel. Thank you so much to him for the service and his kindness! 😊
One small thing: don't forget the sauces 😅, but other than that, no complaints. I was served quickly and everything went very smoothly. I'll gladly come back!

This Monday evening I went to the drive-through, I made a mistake on the order because I wanted the football glasses, the manager and the person who was in charge of the drive-through were professional and understanding and made my son happy (football glasses).

I went to the drive-thru for my children again, and as always, they forgot something! Their drinkable yogurts weren't included in their Happy Meals! It's happening far too often! You'd think the employees were saving the yogurts for themselves at the end of their shift!

The staff are very professional. Order oversights or errors are extremely rare, compared to McDonald's in general. The quality and temperature of the meals are excellent. I've never had cold fries, to my knowledge. The staff are friendly and efficient. The only downside is its proximity to the Grand Stade (stadium), so you should avoid this McDonald's on match days, concert days, etc.

If the table isn't clean, it's the customer's responsibility to request that it be cleaned.
Staff must be attentive to cleanliness.
