The double cheeseburger and bacon was piping hot and the fries were crispy!

I went to McDonald's last night and was very satisfied with the service. I was greeted and served by a very friendly, smiling, and pleasant young man with excellent communication skills. His welcome was truly warm and professional. I asked him his name; it's Daniel. Thank you so much to him for the service and his kindness! 😊 One small thing: don't forget the sauces 😅, but other than that, no complaints. I was served quickly and everything went very smoothly. I'll gladly come back!

This Monday evening I went to the drive-through, I made a mistake on the order because I wanted the football glasses, the manager and the person who was in charge of the drive-through were professional and understanding and made my son happy (football glasses).

I went to the drive-thru for my children again, and as always, they forgot something! Their drinkable yogurts weren't included in their Happy Meals! It's happening far too often! You'd think the employees were saving the yogurts for themselves at the end of their shift!

The staff are very professional. Order oversights or errors are extremely rare, compared to McDonald's in general. The quality and temperature of the meals are excellent. I've never had cold fries, to my knowledge. The staff are friendly and efficient. The only downside is its proximity to the Grand Stade (stadium), so you should avoid this McDonald's on match days, concert days, etc.

If the table isn't clean, it's the customer's responsibility to request that it be cleaned. Staff must be attentive to cleanliness.

Overall, the service was very good, the order was quick, and the food was good. I have no complaints about the welcome or the overall quality of the order. The only point for improvement concerns the sauces. I ordered fries and potatoes: I received the Creamy Deluxe sauce for the potatoes, but no ketchup, and I received mayonnaise, which I don't like. It's not a big deal, but it's a detail that matters in the customer experience. I think that at the drive-thru, it would be really helpful to systematically ask customers which sauce they want and how much. Some customers might not want any sauce, while others prefer only ketchup, mayo, or another sauce. This would also prevent giving out sauces that won't be eaten, thus reducing waste and unnecessary expenses for the restaurant. When a customer pays for an order, they appreciate it when the little details are taken care of. Personally, I would have preferred two ketchup sauces rather than one Creamy Deluxe sauce and mayonnaise. It's a small point, but I think it could really improve customer satisfaction. Aside from that, a good experience overall.

Order error, coffee delivered too early, no sugar, order mistake. A woman asked a question and couldn't answer, but she remained very polite. I think they're very busy, so it's complicated, but despite that, they were kind and smiling.
