I've been to this McDonald's several times, and each time the service has been very quick. Tonight, it was only 4 minutes! The fries and nuggets were hot, no problems with the food. The restaurant was fairly clean at the beginning of service, a bit noisy in the children's area. Be aware, though, that they gave me about ten napkins; 2 or 3 are enough, so don't waste them :)

Another problem entering my loyalty card. This is the second time in a month. Disappointing because each time I lose about 40 points and therefore rewards. It's a real shame that this can't be resolved at the register after payment. It was incredibly crowded last night (LOSC match) and after waiting about ten minutes at the kiosk, I couldn't go back to the register for this loyalty card issue. So I placed my order and later asked at the register (when the crowd had dispersed) to have my points reinstated, without success. Apart from that, this McDonald's is good (food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness).

McDonald's restaurant with reasonable prices. No complaints about the food, the service is pleasant and always accompanied by a "bon appétit" and a smile. The major drawback of this restaurant is the cleanliness. The tables are generally clean, but the restrooms are consistently dirty. Gnats fly over the trash cans and dish racks. A solution needs to be found.

The menu was delivered quickly with the entire order. It was easy to find a seat for a family, and the table was clean. The staff were friendly.

28/03/2026: Excellent experience! The restaurant was clean and pleasant, the service was quick, and most importantly, the food was piping hot, which was really appreciated. A big thank you to Thomas for his warm welcome, his smile, and his friendliness, qualities that are rare these days. McDonald's should have more people like him; it's exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back!
