Spent 13 days at the hotels whilst working in Paris. Overall not a bad experience. Rooms and service were generally acceptable. But when it counted, Hassan At front desk turned a potentially disastrous experience into a sensible and logical solution. I had issues with my room reservation on my final day due to a mix up. Whilst the problem was resolved and addressed he offered me a comfortable place to sit with a side of coffee which turned a frantic and stressful situation to a calmer one. Thank you Hassan! ☺️
