I recommend this hotel, attentive staff

Correct hotel. The privileges that the Accor chain grants to its partners are not taken into account. Incompetent reception staff. €550 is withheld from our bank account for days, when our interest was to pay upon our arrival. They didn't offer us a superior room when they should have. The use of the pool is uncontrolled by the children so the adults could not enjoy the bath. We stayed for three days and the hot water in the shower was always cold. To be a four-star hotel they need to improve a lot.

Ideally located in a quiet area, near the airport, this establishment offers great services. The room is a little dated (slightly yellowed sink and loose plaster in the window frame) but I really liked its cozy atmosphere. It was prepared with great care and very clean. The bedding is of high quality. The welcome was also very courteous. I once again recommend the Mercure Hotel without hesitation.

The carpet in the rooms is old but above all it needs to be cleaned well. When we arrived we found pieces of burst balloons around the trash can and under the bed as well as lenses for the eyes and so I have doubts about the vacuum cleaner. The sound insulation seems good to me but I always sleep with earplugs.... The hotel has a swimming pool and it's nice but there's nothing to hang your stuff in the room afterwards. It would be nice to have a line at the shower level that you can pull to allow swimsuits/towels to drain as I have seen in other hotels. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is nice provided you have it with a room + breakfast offer otherwise for €18 it's expensive in my opinion. Good location to be able to go everywhere.

Very warm welcome and fast. The room card is made of very classy wood :) The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. I booked on a scorching day precisely for the air conditioning and the swimming pool which was a real pleasure! I appreciated the bottle of water in the mini fridge in the room, however there were 2 of us but only one bottle. Concerning the courtesy tray, very sparsely stocked, tea, coffee and sugar, I would have appreciated more quantity and choice such as milk and small cakes. I discovered a beautiful range from the NUXE brand for body and hair gel. Concerning the swimming pool, it is not at all suitable for people with (physical) disabilities. I have a torn cruciate ligament and it was quite difficult for me to be able to go down and especially back up from the ladder, what's more, it was so burning because of the heat that you almost had to jump straight in and get back up very, very quickly! The floor was also very hot. Moreover, another problem at the swimming pool was the security door! very very difficult to open it even for an adult, several of us did not understand the system you should put an explanatory note. The swimming pool is made up of deckchairs with parasols which provide no shade! they are too far from the deckchairs because they are outside the swimming pool, it is very poorly arranged. So we are in full sun. For my part, I took advantage of the arbors with sofas in front of the swimming pool which was pleasant. Good point for the swimming pool, the depth is 2.50 m, it’s great. It's a shame that there isn't someone to come and watch over and put back in place some people who are jumping and screaming all the time. Apparently swim shorts and burkinis allowed which I don't find hygienic (for those who keep them on all day) go out and come back with... Very good point for the buffet breakfast with choice for all tastes, we were also very well received there. The staff at the top. the hotel is well maintained and of high quality.

Mercure hotel correct but very busy at the start of the summer holidays with a lot of children so not very calm. Lots of people at breakfast which leads to a rather annoying crowd effect. The restaurant staff was responsive in finding us a table, otherwise we had breakfast on the terrace (a little cool temperature in the morning). The hotel and the rooms are clean and the time slots are ample and the restaurant is available without reservation for customers which is very appreciable.

Very pleasant room (sofa, table to be able to work, ...) Very comfortable bedding. On the downside, the noisy air conditioning, non-HD TV quality

A weekend or a business trip to Touraine? I'm packing my bags at Mercure Tours Nord! The staff there are so pleasant and welcoming. The catering offer ticks all the boxes: local, qualitative, refined and more than affordable! Spacious and comfortable room. Very pleasant to also be able to relax by the swimming pool on the terrace!
