21/04/2026: Passing through northern Tours with some colleagues, we stopped at this restaurant after trusting the Michelin Guide and we weren't disappointed. From the welcome to the service, and most importantly, the food, everything was perfect! A lunchtime set menu for €26 that's unbeatable; I highly recommend this establishment.

18/03/2026: Two nights, two dinners, and two breakfasts. I regret that the bread was dry at each dinner, but the dishes were absolutely delicious and original. The service was attentive and discreet.
