The quality is consistently excellent, with fresh and delicious pastries, probably the best in town. I also tried a few other things, and they were always top-notch, no disappointment whatsoever. One small drawback, which I noticed not once but twice, is the way the manager communicates with the employees. Today, I witnessed a scene where the waitress made a mistake on the price of the raspberry tart. The bakery was full of customers, and she sharply corrected her. On top of that, she started talking about profits, etc. It was very awkward for us customers, but also for the waitress, who was extremely embarrassed. Dirty laundry should be aired in private. At the very least, you could have a debriefing with the employees in the morning to discuss what didn't sit right with you, but please, no reprimands in front of customers. Don't tarnish the image of your bakery, which many of us love.

The bread and pastries are good, however, there's a particularly unpleasant waitress with no sense of humor who takes everything very badly; even when you say hello, you seem to be attacking her.
