Very professional staff. A very pleasant welcome. A generous breakfast. The gym and sauna are well located. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was very well designed. It was just a little annoying to hear the elevator creaking during the night.

Luxurious ambiance, with friendly and professional staff. I’m glad I chose this venue to host a corporate cocktail event. They were very professional every step of the way. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to organize this type of event.

I booked two rooms at the Superior Room Hotel, and each room was a good size, comparable to rooms in Europe. You could easily fit a medium-sized suitcase on the floor. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and the beds were comfortable. They included amenities such as a wardrobe, a second wardrobe with a kettle, safe, refrigerator, coffee maker, cups, and glasses. The wardrobe also had a heavy blanket and an extra pillow. They provided complimentary drinking water daily. The air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was well-equipped with towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, a bidet, and hot water. I highly recommend this hotel because of the staff's efficiency and professionalism from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is excellent, on a lively street next to Cartier and Messika stores, and you can easily walk around the area among the shops. Importantly, the security deposit was booked on our card as soon as we checked in, and the amount was refunded to our Visa card immediately upon check-out.

A hotel with very poorly trained staff, I felt like I was staying at an Ibis. My room wasn't clean and many things didn't work, the floor was dusty and the bed was dirty. The concierge was uneducated but spoke very rudely. Frankly, I'm very disappointed. Not even a piece of fruit upon arrival! Horrible, avoid at all costs!

After dinner, we stopped by the Westminster Hotel bar for a drink. Despite our late arrival, we received a very warm welcome. The bartenders were very friendly and always smiling. The bar's atmosphere transports you to a historic building, taking you back in time. Definitely worth a visit for tea or a drink!

Hotel in a perfect location! Close to the Opera and the shopping area and on the other hand close to Place Vendome

We only had lunch there with a friend, and I really want to thank the staff for their hospitality and warm welcome. We had a drink at the bar, then some snacks, and finally dessert. I should mention that everything is homemade, and quite frankly, the menu is very reasonably priced. A special mention goes to the pianist who was there that evening; I highly recommend it.

This hotel is a place that is losing its potential. The lobby is great. The bar staff is amazing and quality drinks being served. Again music was not working as the system got down. The location is great. When we arrived hotel was closed after midnight which is not a standard for a 5star. We got a terrible room on 1st level, which was gloomy and without basic facilities. Our review would be 2stars if we stayed there. The night desk was not even listening to our requests. But after complaining next day, we got an upgrade for the rest of the stay which changed the whole experience. Mr. Komi helped us turn around the experience and thanks to him we got the room with right value to money. The rooms need a lot of refurbishment although they are kept really clean. The HVAC was turning off in the night and we have been getting cold. Minibar could be better although the wines were good. With proper refurbishment it could be a great hotel. The nigh reception should be replaced. The day staff, cleaning, bar staff was great! I would go there again to stay in the upgraded room. But for the price of the Executive.
