I'm giving 4 stars for the service and the food, but I have to take one off for the owner's unwelcoming attitude; he's quite unpleasant.
The food is excellent, we always enjoy it.
The service is top-notch, thankfully Pascaline and the young staff are there. They're really getting the job done, running around everywhere while the owner is glued to his till, pretending to be busy.

At first glance, you might hesitate to go in because the front room is empty (we went twice). But behind it, there are two more rooms plus a games room (sometimes noisy, unfortunately). It's more intimate and welcoming. The manager greets you and seats you (attentive and very professional). There's a varied selection of meat (fabulous and very tasty local). The price is attractive. My only regret is the lack of vegetable options besides the (homemade) fries. A must-try! Thank you to the whole team...

The servers were very friendly.
The meal was very good, special mention for the truffle butter which we found to be of good quality, and that's quite rare.

We have lunch there once a week. The owners and staff are all very friendly, the food is beautifully presented, and we really appreciate this peaceful lunch break.

I had mixed feelings about this restaurant. The concept of having to pay before eating is a bit confusing, but the waiter was very friendly and helpful, which more than made up for that initial impression. However, the owner wasn't welcoming or smiling at all, which somewhat spoiled the atmosphere. It's a shame because it represents a significant part of the customer experience.
As for the meal itself, it was decent and tasty. Nothing extraordinary, but enjoyable.
In short: a good meal, but the service needs improvement, especially from the owner. It's a pity that the management's attitude leaves such a bad impression, especially when the service is otherwise excellent.
