The location, the atmosphere, and the service are absolutely amazing - 10/10!!! Unfortunately, the pizza can’t compete with other Italian places (of which there are MANY) in terms of both the flavour and the price. Wouldn’t recommend Quattro Formagi but I enjoyed my Legume pizza. The portions are big, half a pizza is enough for one person. Aperol Spritz was very diluted, Amerigo mocktail tasted like pineapple concentrate and needed to be diluted Huge shoutout to amazing staff and the idea of having pasta straws. We had a good time but will not come back because we had tastier pizza in other places

Being a fan of good restaurants from Nice, I've been there around forty times to eat or have a drink, so I'm starting to get to know them well. The concept is to offer an Italian trattoria at the foot of the Holiday Inn hotel with a classy and modernized style. I think it's a nice idea because hotel restaurants are sometimes a little sober and impersonal, the complete opposite of a traditional trattoria which aims to be family-friendly, friendly and authentic. In my opinion, the bet is successful in terms of decoration, it is rather sophisticated. At the entrance, after the lemon trees, orange trees and the two olive trees pruned in the niwaki style, we come across the smiles, each warmer than the other, of the Miamici “squadra”. On the walls follow one another Tuscan damigiane/fiaschi, bottles of limoncello and rummo pasta, one would almost feel at home if the modernity of the rest were not added: the lights are soft and cozy in their woven wicker, the The place is spacious and the indirect black light above the bar adds a pretty cool touch. At this bar (which is a pleasure for the eyes), the cocktails are as beautiful as they are good, quite varied, mastered even when they are not on the menu (for example I asked for a Hemingway special not on the menu → “ of course no problem”) and originals: the cocktail served in a glass bell full of smoke which smells really good from the wood fire really has its effect, the dolce salerno dessert cocktail with Breton palet syrup and meringue: killer validated🤯, the jalapeno picante🌶️delicious, etc. From the family experience of the trattoria, we also find the fact of having a fixed team - unlike a bunch of restaurants in Nice which all summer resort to armies of seasonal workers who speak vaguely French and collect errors during the service, here the team does not change every four mornings, and it shows: the service is professional and runs well, even when there are people it goes quite quickly whether it is to get a table, order, or be served or pay, I never felt like I was waiting for more than that. No need to ask for a carafe of water in summer, when there is a mistake, they take responsibility and are accommodating, etc. The kitchen is really great! It's healthy and generous, the menu is quite varied in terms of flavors but quite short which gives confidence in the freshness of the dishes, with a price that I find reasonable overall, apart perhaps from the pizzas which are a little expensive though. that very good. The desserts are to die for. On the other hand, the toilets are clean and the playlist in the background is composed of quite nice Italian pop like svegliaginevra. In short, I find this place charming in all respects 😊 perhaps with the exception of groups of tourists who are not always the most discreet after two or three bacia mi 😂 Finally, being able to come and have a simple coffee at 10 p.m. is quite rare for be noted, so thank you!
