Alexandra's course was didactic, clear. Immediate and simple answers to questions. It's surprising to just watch and listen, but it allows you to note and accomplish a lot in 3 hours. A very rich experience

The regret of the course is that it is not possible to “get your hands dirty”. It is only possible to watch, rate and question the pastry chef. It's a shame and a little disappointing for the price paid, although in my case it was a gift from colleagues for my retirement.

This masterclass “Around the macaron” was great, I recommend +++. Very warm welcome upon arrival, Alexandra is very friendly, very educational and answered all our questions and gave us many tips. All 3 recipes were delicious! Thank you so much

05/04/2024: Very beautiful, typically Parisian establishment! The location is nice between Madeleine and Place de la Concorde. Everything is homemade, we had a blast! The staff and the boss are very friendly, accommodating and attentive. We can only recommend!

Harry's Bar

04/04/2024: Historic bar where they invented the Bloody Mary. Unique bar atmosphere from times gone by. Excellent cocktails. Absolutely worth visiting.
02/04/2024: The service is great despite 1 pretentious server. The cocktails are very (too?) expensive. A bar that gives itself airs but that is undoubtedly what is sought. The atmosphere and decor are great although the place is quite small and doesn't have many seats.
