For having made several large establishments, we would like to thank the entire team for their welcome and professionalism, when it comes to the kitchen, what can we say, nothing but happiness, we chose the surprise menu with food and wine pairing, from start to finish, an explosion in the mouth, and to top it off, M SARRAN took the time to come and greet and chat with each table, long live the lovers of this beautiful profession. Accueil chaleureux, nous sommes installés dans une cours à l’arrière de l’immeuble. Espace vraiment très agréable. Le personnel a été très pro, avec un sommelier top. Les assiettes étaient magnifiques, équilibrées et les cuissons maîtrisées. Tout était incroyable, le homard, le turbot, le pigeon, ouga. À la fois des associations originales et surprenantes comme le pigeon avec un jus de carcasse à la menthe ou le turbot maïs gingembre... surprenant que cette si belle maison n’est que 1 étoile.

Passing through Toulouse, it was the second time we came to Michel Sarran's restaurant and we were, once again, not disappointed! Everything was perfect from the service to the meal. It will be with great pleasure that we return as soon as possible.

Great, came for a birthday at lunchtime, menu for €75 including wine and coffee, very competitive for the quality of the ingredients and the cuisine. With a surprise visit from the Sarran chef himself

We had dinner at this restaurant last night for an occasion to celebrate with my husband. I thank the staff for the impeccable service but we have a somewhat bitter memory of the quality/price ratio... Some Toulouse restaurants offer much more elaborate and sophisticated dishes for much less money... It's a shame because the place is 'ready!
