Microbrasserie Second Degré sur Magny-Le-Hongre

No disappointment on my first visit to Les 3 Brasseurs. The place is warm and tastefully decorated. The waitress who took care of us was cheerful and friendly. The dishes were delicious.

We came for dinner as a group of six. The food was generally good. However, the service was very disappointing. I won't even mention the particularly long wait for dessert, even though the restaurant was far from full. We also had to ask for bread, and then twice request a carafe of water and glasses. Despite this, no one responded to our requests. After waiting for quite some time, I finally had to get up and fetch the glasses myself from the bar so we could simply have a drink. It's a real shame, because with more attentive and responsive service, our experience would have been much more enjoyable. That said, I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback constructively and improves, as that's exactly what I told the person who was serving our table before we left.

Great atmosphere and very friendly waiter, food not so good

Passing through Compiègne for the weekend, I stopped at "Les 3 Brasseurs" at lunchtime. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My Welsh rarebit was delicious. I recommend it!

A restaurant where delicious food is served with joy and good cheer. I don't go very often, but it's always a pleasure.

Awesome! My first experience there was just awful. I ordered a burnt croque monsieur and didn't go back for years. But I finally went back with friends, gritting my teeth, and now I love it! 💞 I guess I was just unlucky the first time...

The food is, as always, good. However, the wait times this evening were unacceptable and outrageous. Thirty minutes for the starter, and then another 30 minutes later, still no main course. The restaurant can't keep up with demand; it's completely overwhelmed, and tables aren't being served in the order they were ordered. My suspicions point to the kitchen's capacity.

Good food, pleasant atmosphere. However, it's best to avoid this establishment on a Friday evening: the wait for an aperitif is over 30 minutes and the service is generally very slow.

Exactly what I expected: brasserie style, good selection of beers, nice decor, music too, the staff is very attentive.
