21/04/2026: Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood. The pizza, calzone, and salad are some of the best I've ever had! The owner spoke a little Spanish, and everyone is super friendly!

02/07/2026: One of the local institutions. Reservations are recommended. The dining room is quite noisy. The wait was indeed very long. But we come to this place to have a good time, so it didn't bother us! The service was energetic, with a waiter who really went the extra mile – he even sang for birthdays – and they had a nice menu. In terms of quality, it's a simple brasserie, nothing more, with some good and some not-so-good dishes. Some dishes were good, others less so; we had waited too long. The meat wasn't always cooked to order (we ordered it rare and it arrived well-done beyond what was reasonable, but after a 30-minute wait or more, it was difficult to send it back – we were hungry!). On the plus side: the fries were excellent and crispy. The desserts were quite good. In the end, the price is a bit high, but it was still a good experience. Three stars would have seemed too harsh.

20/07/2026: No disappointment on my first visit to Les 3 Brasseurs. The place is warm and tastefully decorated. The waitress who took care of us was cheerful and friendly. The dishes were delicious.

15/07/2026: We came for dinner as a group of six. The food was generally good. However, the service was very disappointing. I won't even mention the particularly long wait for dessert, even though the restaurant was far from full. We also had to ask for bread, and then twice request a carafe of water and glasses. Despite this, no one responded to our requests. After waiting for quite some time, I finally had to get up and fetch the glasses myself from the bar so we could simply have a drink. It's a real shame, because with more attentive and responsive service, our experience would have been much more enjoyable. That said, I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback constructively and improves, as that's exactly what I told the person who was serving our table before we left.

22/01/2026: Really nice hotel, I cannot fault the service or the actual hotel. Only thing I would note is the food offering if you are a fussy eater is not the best.

17/01/2026: The hotel has deteriorated drastically. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, which is why we quickly decided to book the Dreamcastle again. But it's no longer recommendable. The reception staff are great, super friendly and helpful, but that's about it. At breakfast, everyone seemed disorganized and glum – no wonder, given the swarm of unruly children (and one adult). The room itself was okay. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator smelled strange, and there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room – a real shame (especially with the carpet in the room 🤢). The bathroom had definitely seen better days; there were stains in the toilet. The bathtub was tiny for showering. They used paper cups (!) as toothbrush holders. There were paper cups (!) for the kettle. Tea and coffee weren't even refilled. Furthermore, the hotel is very noisy. Teenagers were quite loud in the hallways and rooms until midnight, and around 6 a.m., we were woken up by toddlers. The bathroom had definitely seen better days; there were stains in the toilet. The bathtub was small for showering. They used paper cups (!) for toothbrushes. Paper cups (!) for the kettle. The tea and coffee weren't even refilled. Furthermore, the hotel is very noisy. Teenagers were quite loud in the hallways and rooms until midnight, and then we were woken up by toddlers around 6 a.m. ... And the breakfast buffet was a total disappointment – ​​not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Plastic plates, plastic cups, and strange cutlery. Imagine being an adult in a 4-star hotel and being served plastic dishes! (The only exceptions were the coffee cup and cereal bowl.) The selection was also unsatisfactory – you get better in most B&Bs without stars. The scrambled eggs from a packet were very lumpy. There was only one type of sliced ​​cheese or Brie. The only positive things to mention were the croissants and the baguette. On top of that, there were almost €20 per day for parking, as well as an additional tourist tax per person per night. Everything was very geared towards a "children's hotel," almost like a youth hostel, but it's labeled as a 4-star hotel. Conclusion: We definitely won't be coming back. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
