The cuisine is excellent. Although it may seem simplistic on the menu, make no mistake, the dishes are prepared to perfection and embellished with little surprises that make these dishes masterful. The only small criticism we could make is that the fish dish is not very filling. However I was no longer hungry when I left so it must have been ok, especially for the price which is very very low despite the quality which is top notch! The service is good, the waiters are good, the only small flaw is the service is a little slow but nothing dramatic. Quite noisy atmosphere, not bothersome for me but if you are looking for a quiet place this is not the best place!

My best neighborhood discovery. Dinner for 2, we get it for 75€ main course+dessert+aperitif. To summarize the experience, no need to go to a gastronomic restaurant to eat. The welcome is perfect, the cuisine is crazy, we just want to say thank you to the chefs and producers behind the products. We eat well ! In the sense that, at the end of the meal, we are not stuffed, we are good, neither too much nor not enough. Knowing that the products are fresh and that the menu changes according to the seasons, I had the chance to taste the vegetarian dish. At first glance I was afraid because it was a big plate but, with its lightness, a mixture of flavors, I have never had a vegetarian dish in a restaurant that was so well quantified and characterized. Now the dessert, of nameless lightness. I was able to have the clementine dessert even though I'm not a fan but the sweet surprise was there. We will return with great pleasure!

Taste, crunch, everything is fresh and homemade today: coconut chicken, an aioli to die for, a gluten-free dessert, a good wine. What else... A lovely kitchen and service team. A few days in Toulouse, we remember the address.

Just top wine bar, Betty passionate about wine who advises perfectly in relation to your expectations, Yvan passionate about cooking who makes you want to discover and take the tapas offered and finally a chef in love with local cuisine, experienced in the design of his dishes and who shares all the flavors he wants to experiment with very good bases. How can I say other than living a taste experience associated with exceptional wines... well done to the whole team... a great place.
