A warm welcome, artisanal cuisine with all the ingredients! We were surprised by the superb quality of the dishes, from the starter to the dessert where everything is homemade! I will come back with pleasure!

A very nice place, very pleasant staff and sublime food. In addition to being warm and delicious, everything is homemade and using local products. I highly recommend it

An excellent surprise, everything is perfect, warm welcome, very nice atmosphere, and succulent flavors. Homemade, only good! A favorite for a good, inexpensive lunch (although the meal was financed by my company 😜).

02/01/2024: Located in the market halls of Carquefou, Authentique is an excellent place for lunch with friendly and delicious home-cooked food. But also to buy cheeses, cold meats and delicatessen products. The welcome, with sunny accents, is excellent. In short, to (re)discover urgently 😉
