Absolutely everything was more than perfect! Excellent service and a vegan's dream! Thank you to the staff for the wonderful culinary experience. We were especially thrilled that they offer vegan mochi! They are also dog-friendly.

A wonderful discovery in the heart of Strasbourg. We thoroughly enjoyed a variety of dishes, from perfectly golden gyozas to crispy tempura served with a delicate sauce. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented on elegant tableware. It's a place where you feel comfortable and take pleasure in trying everything. We will definitely be back.

An excellent Japanese restaurant with incredibly delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant was also impressively clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort and quality of the dining experience. Highly recommended – we would happily come back again!

This was my first experience at a Japanese restaurant. I assumed that since East Asian restaurants offer examples of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food, this one would too, but they didn't have tempura/fried rolls, which I usually prefer. However, the sushi was good. The chicken dish in the second picture wasn't anything special.

This was my first time eating here and I was very impressed. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was excellent, especially the sashimi rice bowl which had a generous amount of very fresh fish. The vegetable salad was also delicious, fresh and crisp. The miso soup and gyoza were tasty too. The staff provided great service, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was pleasant and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

03/09/2026: An absolutely perfect experience! My daughter and I had lunch at Sushi Do and we simply loved it! Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived until we left. A special mention goes to the waitress, who was incredibly kind, attentive, caring, and efficient. The service was quick, professional, and warm, with that little touch of kindness that truly makes all the difference. The restaurant is beautiful, with a cozy, pleasant, and very comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a lovely time. Everything is also very clean, especially the restrooms, which is always a big plus. We really enjoyed the welcome and the atmosphere, and especially the quality of the service. A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back! 🍣❤️
02/09/2026: A place I love to visit again and again! A fantastic Japanese restaurant in the Krutenau district of Strasbourg. Since its renovation, the restaurant is even more beautiful and the atmosphere is cozy, and I've always found the quality to be excellent, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, with delicious food. The staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it!
