While traveling with my mom, I was craving Japanese food, so I quickly looked up a place and visited. We ordered udon and chirashi sushi in the cozy space on the second floor, and the hot, savory udon broth was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly, and I was also impressed that they recognized that I was Korean.

Today, my daughter and I had lunch at Mikado and it was a fantastic discovery! The welcome, the decor, and especially the food were amazing! We'll definitely be back! ☺️👍

I could cry tears of joy — after years of living in Strasbourg and resigning myself to the idea that I would never be able to satiate my cravings for one of my favorite foods, I finally found it here. BEST UDON SOUP IN STRASBOURG! I will definitely return!

The food was delicious but we were there for over an hour and we heard the same song over and over again which really detracted from our experience. We heard this same piano song no less than 15 times and it was all we could talk about the whole meal lol. However, we loved our food and would definitely go back if they change their playlist to include more than one song.

10/12/2025: The sushi is very good and the staff are very friendly.
03/12/2025: Eat in. The sushi portions were a bit small. The curry rice bowl with crispy chicken was too spicy, so my son couldn't eat it. No restrooms. The restaurant mainly does takeout and delivery.

11/05/2026: I highly recommend this place. It is our second time here and we visited from Germany. The food is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. We had a great time here and I will definitely come again!:)
