Mimosa Restaurant sur Bormes-Les-Mimosas

We had asked for linguine without chili, but it wasn't followed through in the kitchen, which was a shame.

Exquisite and flavorful dishes, a true delight! The only slight drawback: my husband has food allergies and couldn't eat due to cross-reactivity, which made the service a little less pleasant. We felt this wasn't very well received by the waitress, making the experience somewhat less enjoyable. Despite this, we had a lovely time at the restaurant and the service remained professional. Congratulations again to the chef for his excellent cuisine!

10/10 for this welcoming restaurant with its tasteful and elegant decor. The food is excellent, the dishes are high-quality and prepared with care. The service is pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant. BRAVO 👍

The food was okay. Everything else was good.

The exterior is not very attractive but you will be won over by the cuisine of this bistronomic restaurant with a menu that seems to evolve with the seasons: from the appetizer (pumpkin velouté/pesto and focaccia) to the dessert (pavlova) including the main course (catch of the day) all accompanied by an excellent Château Bregançon🍷. The service is pleasant and efficient. A small downside: no dishes on the menu for us that evening (despite a slate offering it) and a menu whose price is a little too high (47€ main course + dessert)

Excellent cuisine! Fresh and varied products

One word comes to mind: elegance. That of the service, the cuisine, the decor. The dishes are refined and generous. The atmosphere is warm. The menu makes you want to try everything, and while we usually settle for a single dish in the evening, we fell for the starter, main course, and dessert menu, without any regrets. All for excellent value for money. An address that we will not forget and that will remain etched in our gastronomic memories. Thank you for this wonderful moment!

Very warm and welcoming, refined and neat decoration, pleasant setting, very tasty dishes, a treat. We had a pleasant time, I recommend without hesitation.
