Mimosa Restaurant sur Bormes-Les-Mimosas

An incredible culinary discovery! We went to this restaurant based on a recommendation. We chose the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) for €58 per person, and what can I say... Refined dishes from start to finish that will tantalize your taste buds! We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and we will definitely be back.

We've been going to Mimosas for a few years now and we're never disappointed. The place has a chic yet relaxed feel and offers a pleasantly intimate atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. The menu is small, but everything on offer is very well prepared. We enjoyed every bite, from aperitif to dessert! And the service is, of course, on par with everything else; very professional. We love it.

We dined twice at this restaurant; the food was high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. The welcome was warm and very pleasant. We will gladly return.

Visited on July 15, 2026. We booked for three people. From the outside, the restaurant looks fairly standard, but the inside... a beautiful restaurant with tasteful decor. We opted for the set menu (starter and main course), and one person chose between dessert (thank you for the massage with the starter/dessert). Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the coffee! Everything is homemade. We were served croutons and tapenade, which was a great start because it was delicious. Then we had an amuse-bouche: a warm focaccia with a fresh artichoke velouté. A delight! We chose the mimosa egg with white truffle; the presentation was as stunning as the taste! For our main course, we chose the fish (monkfish), if I'm not mistaken. Accompanied by zucchini balls, it was a delight; the technique on the plate was spot on, as was the taste. We also had dessert, which was equally delicious. Everything is impeccable, from the service to the food. You can see that the pleasure of pleasing the customer is evident in this restaurant, and that's very important. Congratulations and thank you for a wonderful experience. Bravo! I highly recommend it! It's an experience not to be missed! Remember to make a reservation.

We had a very pleasant evening with five people at this small restaurant. The food, wine, and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

We had asked for linguine without chili, but it wasn't followed through in the kitchen, which was a shame.

Exquisite and flavorful dishes, a true delight! The only slight drawback: my husband has food allergies and couldn't eat due to cross-reactivity, which made the service a little less pleasant. We felt this wasn't very well received by the waitress, making the experience somewhat less enjoyable. Despite this, we had a lovely time at the restaurant and the service remained professional. Congratulations again to the chef for his excellent cuisine!

10/10 for this welcoming restaurant with its tasteful and elegant decor. The food is excellent, the dishes are high-quality and prepared with care. The service is pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant. BRAVO 👍
