I'm giving 3 stars because the food is good. However, I'm the person you told, after placing a Deliveroo order, that lunch menus couldn't normally be made in the evening, and that you were making an exception for me. It's YOUR responsibility to ensure that items you don't want to make available in the evening don't appear on the app. It's not up to us, as customers, to guess that certain items shouldn't be added in the evening. Whether they're labeled as lunchtime or not, for that matter. I added the item to my basket and paid for it. Nothing indicated that I shouldn't have done so. If you're not happy with this, don't allow orders. This is truly absurd.
