Min'Chine sur Dijon

´We had dinner yesterday in this very pleasant restaurant. I never leave comments... but the experience was so nice that I say to myself that we must support Min'chine!! (even if given the comments he knows how to convince and make himself appreciated!!! Small restaurant behind the station, neighborhood bar atmosphere. The boss is adorable, the cuisine is very fine. No menu… two three starters, two three main courses which vary every day! Truly traditional, family-style Chinese cuisine! Far from all-you-can-eat buffets of defrosted foods!! We discovered new flavors there and the owner who is also the chef kindly and with a lot of humor accompanied us with anecdotes and explanations about his cuisine and China!! A very pleasant evening! If you really want to travel and rediscover Chinese cuisine, go for it!! It has clearly become our favorite “little Chinese restaurant” in Dijon and its surroundings!!!

On a rainy evening, no one...a room that doesn't look like much...but behind this first impression...An atypical welcome, very lively discussions with the boss and a journey of the taste buds...a quiz failed taste for me because discoveries of flavors but shush 🤫 I'll say no more... go and find out 👍👍👍

An authentic restaurant, with good flavors, homemade cuisine and a chef who takes you on a journey throughout the meal. We had a great time.

Extra, the barbecue evenings and others are great, family where we make festive bourguignon benches to thank our super chef🙏

I agree with all the other comments, you barely notice this restaurant which doesn't look like much when passing by, but let yourself be tempted. Very pleasantly surprised by the welcome and the cuisine. The chef is a passionate person who will be keen to make you taste his traditional Chinese cuisine and the initial promise is kept: indeed, it cannot be found anywhere else like it in Dijon. No menu, the dishes change depending on the day and the arrival of the products, so you can discover and rediscover!
