Min'Chine sur Dijon

I went to a restaurant near the hotel in the hot weather. There was no menu; it was a chef's special. The chef explained everything diligently in English, but I couldn't quite understand. I asked them to make it not too salty, and while it was a bit salty, it was delicious. I also had something like Korean Jajangmyeon, which felt like the original version. All the dishes are tasty, and the prices are reasonable. However, there is no air conditioning, so it is hot inside.

The best Chinese restaurant in Dijon!! Don't miss it under any circumstances. The chef does everything himself! And everything is delicious. Behind the train station, next to the Ibis hotel.

Excellent!!! I ordered the chef's recipe and it was simply delicious. The welcome was warm, the food was homemade, and the prices were fair! What more could you ask for! I highly recommend it!!!!!

An incredible place! The owner is incredibly kind, and his cuisine is excellent and sophisticated! If you're looking for a truly authentic Chinese restaurant, you've found it! We also went there thanks to the reviews, and we can only thank the other customers for this "discovery." The exterior isn't much to look at, but it's definitely worth the trip!

Small, quiet restaurant, very warm welcome, and we ate authentic and really well-prepared dishes. The owner explained what our dishes were made of. Personally, we will go back and recommend it!

This former bistro has an atmosphere that doesn't match the food. There's no menu since the chef offers different dishes every day; however, these dishes are simple yet very effective. It's simply delicious!

What an experience! Just 2 Texans in Dijon, France at a Chinese restaurant. Honestly, we are not 100% sure what we ordered, but the owner/chef will make an attempt to tell you the menu of the day. I do believe he could speak French, but his English was iffy at best - this is important because there’s no menu. I know our first course was either dumpling or roll - we chose roll. As we hoped, basically Spring Rolls with a little pile of cold… IDK. Kinda crunchy… maybe like shredded bamboo shoots? Tasted good. Second course was a choice of Chicken, Beef, or Pork and either rice or noodles. We both went chicken, 1 with noodles, 1 with rice. Both seemed very fresh and were flavorful. Next, he made 4 dessert offerings: chocolate cake, something hot(?)), coconut XXX, or something like ‘jelly with Lotus juice’? We chose the chocolate & the hot one. He instructed us to not cut the white balls in the juice that tasted a bit like weak, warm Jello. To say I was skeptical would be a drastic understatement. Thankfully hubby will eat anything and he took the first ball. He said the inside tasted a bit like peanut butter, so I did it, and it did! The chocolate… a chocolate sauce over something like a rice crispy treat. Great experience!!
