Our lunch at Mirazur was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care, starting with the efficient and welcoming valet parking service. The staff made us feel instantly at home, setting the tone for a remarkable dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is simply breathtaking. Overlooking the Mediterranean, Mirazur offers a serene and elegant setting that perfectly complements the dining experience. The thoughtful design and peaceful atmosphere made our lunch feel like a true escape. The menu is a celebration of fresh, seasonal ingredients, each dish thoughtfully crafted to highlight the best of what the region has to offer. It was clear that every element of our meal was prepared with precision and care, resulting in flavors that were both vibrant and harmonious. What truly set this experience apart was the impeccable service. Every detail was attended to with grace and professionalism, from the knowledgeable and attentive waitstaff to the expert sommelier who provided perfect wine pairings. Concerns special evening of 12/31 The view is much less spectacular than before the restaurant's renovation (pillars block the view). The seats are uncomfortable. The decor is "old-fashioned", too classic and sanitized. The world tour menu was not a real success from our point of view, lacking coherence both in the entertainment and in the plates. We could sum up the experience in 1 word: gloubiglouba! After having a caviar appetizer, We were served tacos. This shocked us for a 3*. Next, the overcooked langoustine, rubbery with a very spicy sauce, for which we were not warned. Too spicy! The brioche terrine, the poorly peeled sweetbreads, I had several “skins”. The arrival of desserts is a disaster: -snow ball very average not very good -donuts and barbecue sauce If we hadn't already been, based on this experience alone we wouldn't consider returning. The evening 750€ excluding drinks anyway! What a disappointment!

Molto bella la location e molto curati gli ambienti. I piatti proposti sono delle opere d'arte sia visivamente che da gustare. La cantina è davvero infinita. I prezzi non scherzano ma se li merita tutti. Mi chiedo però: se hai quattro italiani a cena e molti camerieri italiani che servono anche quel tavolo, perché ostinarsi a far presentare i piatti da una giapponese che parla francese??

Un déjeuner exceptionnel, comme à l'accoutumée : menu fruit. Que dire? Splendide tant gustativement que visuellement. Service parfait.
