Molto bella la location e molto curati gli ambienti. I piatti proposti sono delle opere d'arte sia visivamente che da gustare. La cantina è davvero infinita. I prezzi non scherzano ma se li merita tutti. Mi chiedo però: se hai quattro italiani a cena e molti camerieri italiani che servono anche quel tavolo, perché ostinarsi a far presentare i piatti da una giapponese che parla francese??

Beautiful cuisine in a magnificent setting! We had a delicious time for both the eyes and the eyes. A cuisine that exudes the South punctuated by the lunar cycle, a menu focused on fruit that day, it is this particularity that we came to seek and without disappointment. Table service could be slightly more precise given the level of the establishment but does not detract from the experience which I recommend.

I have eaten at multiple Micheline star restaurants. This is the best one! They took pride in the quality of the local vegetables and fruits! Service was excellent and the scenery/view breathtaking!

A discovery, a taste experience, a surprise meal, 9 dishes, a treat for the eyes, flavors to appreciate at their true value. 3h30 around the table and everything went by very...too quickly. Top staff, Bravo, and again Bravo to everyone. Respect Maurau, see you soon..

Incredible experience, something that you don't get to see on a daily basis or even your 'special' occasion night out. You have to book this place MONTHS in advance, but trust me - this is the most amazing experience that I've had a pleasure to be part of. Everything is planned, prepared, and thoroughly thought through. Plus, the avocado tree outside is magnificent 👌 😍
