The culinary experience was fantastic and worth all accolades this restaurant has received. Beautiful setting overseeing the chef’s gardens and the sea, a few steps away from the Italian border. The service is a bit below the rest but still, this place is a must-visit!

The perfect gastronomic experience. And surely, the best in all of France. Which is saying something. A menu that changes with the lunar cycles and features four different ones each month, where the main ingredient can be accompanied by fruit, leaves, roots, or flowers, depending on the week. The photos show the fruit menu, which I've had the pleasure of enjoying several times and is simply perfect. The only thing better than the menu are the views of the French Riviera from the restaurant's enormous windows. And the service. Surely the friendliest and most attentive, without being overbearing, on the entire coast. A perfect ten and undoubtedly one of the best experiences on the planet. Long live Mirazur! Three Michelin stars and three The Best Chef knives are well deserved. The €450 price tag for the menu is completely justified.

Well deserved as one of the best restaurants in the world. THE BEST IN 1919. Its staff is so friendly and well-chosen. Its food is simply excellent. Its attentive service. The location. A true delight of flavors and a feast for the senses. Colagreco deserves more stars.

I couldn't hold back my tears when we entered Mirazur on December 28, 2025, for my 60th birthday—a wonderful gift from our children ❤️
From the very first moment, we were invited on an enchanting culinary journey through Argentina, Italy, and France. Upon entering, the kitchens were open to us: the chefs and their teams worked before our eyes to create exceptional cuisine.
We enjoyed the Feuille menu, paired with a historical wine selection, taking us from New Zealand to Georgia, by way of Greece and Italy.
Each dish was a true culinary masterpiece, served on plates that seemed to have been created specifically for each course. All of this was enhanced by a breathtaking view of the azure sea merging with the Mediterranean.
Each dish and each wine is presented with passion and precision by remarkably attentive servers.
A timeless journey, a unique experience we will never forget.

The "Leaves" menu. A crescendo of perfection culminating in a kiwi and kale dessert that brought a tear to my eye. The menu's name is misleading, as the protein was hidden beneath each "leaf." A nice bonus at the end was the financiers to take away; a lovely souvenir. My sister was less enthusiastic about the "Roots" menu in its pesco-vegetarian version. In any case, I thank the Chef—who wasn't Chef Colagreco this evening; I apologize, as I can't recall his name despite the souvenir photo—and especially Davide, Chiara, and Gauthier.

A truly masterful experience awaits at Mirazur, from the dishes and wine pairings to the attentive, rigorous, and precise service. Special mention must also be made of the service's pace, with chefs attentive to each table, ensuring the dishes arrive with pinpoint accuracy, without any waiting, while still allowing you to relax and chat.
And finally, a nod to the creativity of the restrooms! Proof that quality lies in even the smallest details.
