We went there for our last evening in Houlgate and we were definitely not disappointed. Quality service with smiling waitresses, succulent cuisine (homemade foie gras, 24-hour pork steak with Camembert sauce and French toast) a pure delight, a warm atmosphere. Bravo to the chef and his team.

An exceptional table discovered by chance. Taste, taste, taste. I recommend the hot oysters and the tuna tataki. A seasoning to perfection. 2 plates that I will remember for a long time! The 24-hour rack of pork is extra tender with its Camembert cream. A very very good one! Congratulations to the cook (er?) and rest of the team.

06/12/2025: We love these neighborhood bistros, even if we might lament that burgers and fish and chips have replaced veal stew and andouillette sausage. But there's still the daily special, and the friendly, professional service from efficient and smiling waiters. They'll find you the perfect little table, even during the busiest hours, and if you choose the croque monsieur, you'll be treated just as well as someone who ordered the most expensive dish. So please, choose these places over the "street food" vendors who just reheat a cardboard cutout!
