28/06/2026: Quite disappointed with the quality of the open-faced sandwiches. We ordered the Gers and Catalane varieties, but we were served bruschetta that you can find at a supermarket. I wouldn't call that open-faced sandwiches. A little advice for improvement: too much choice is counterproductive. There are too many options and too much information on the menu. Sometimes it's better to have simple things and fewer choices so that people will come back. As for the service, the staff is friendly, but very young. It would be good to have someone experienced in the dining room to demonstrate proper etiquette (for example, not clearing tables by stacking plates in front of the customer). Best of luck!
