After being turned away from several restaurants in Nérac that were far from full, what a relief to stumble upon this place! We were a group of eight, arrived at 1:30 pm, and were greeted with exceptional kindness. The owner managed both the dining room and the kitchen single-handedly, and everything was perfectly organized. The cuisine is refined, and the prices are very reasonable. Finally, a restaurateur who truly deserves recognition for his professionalism and hospitality. I highly recommend it!

18/07/2026: I ordered a Gascon salad for lunch today. Disappointed 🥵 The seasoning was practically nonexistent, lots of greens...very bland. The presentation on the plate was rather sad. What a shame...the service was very pleasant and professional, regardless of who served us.
My friend had the steak tartare and was satisfied.
The noise from the restaurant next door bothered us a lot.

23/08/2026: Surely our faces didn't please the waiter; we felt like we were in a cemetery or crematorium. The food on the plates was almost non-existent, and the desserts weren't even defrosted, so they were serving up undefrosted subway food. €50 for the menu, and I'm being generous with my 2 stars!
19/08/2026: A place I would recommend without hesitation! We were able to eat on the terrace and enjoy the view of the mill, the bridge, and the river, which added a touch of charm to the entire meal my partner and I shared. Inside, you can also enjoy a magnificent meal in a beautiful vaulted cellar. We opted for the €42 set menu and were delighted by the delicate flavors. This was accompanied by an amuse-bouche before the meal and petit fours at the end. The servers were attentive and very friendly. We will gladly return and recommend it to our family and friends.

26/03/2026: The quality has dropped a bit this year. We eat sushi quite often, almost always for takeout, and lately the rolls have been coming apart; they could definitely update that. The service is good.

24/08/2026: The menu is absolutely impressive and the prices are extremely reasonable. It's a place where everyone can leave satisfied. The setting is ideal and very charming, especially the small terrace by the water. However, a little more effort could be made regarding the welcome, perhaps a smile, even though the waitress was very helpful.

22/10/2025: A lovely little restaurant along the river. Food was excellent. Couple that run the restaurant where lovely and where knowledgeable regarding my wife’s need for gluten free food. Highly recommend!
07/10/2025: What a pleasant surprise this last-minute meal was! Excellent value for money for this type of restaurant. The walnut gnocchi, the roasted Camembert, and the apple crumbles were all delicious. Enjoyed on the sunny terrace. Perfect!
