18/03/2024: Going to eat pizza in Europe is no longer like 10 years ago, where you could find an Italian pizza chef, but the products were not original and above all selected. In this pizzeria, in addition to having found the friendliness and hospitality of the owner, we ate a pizza that is difficult to find even in Italy! Digestible, well-leavened dough and top quality raw materials used. My cooked ham was delicious, as were the mushrooms, used raw and cooked in the oven on the pizza. The rocket was very tasty, overall pizzas really ok, also the buffalo mozzarella, as well as the mozzarella fior di latte which complemented all the pizzas. The place is not very big, it doesn't have many seats. Even the first ones that we didn't taste looked great. Bottled beers (including Moretti) from Italy (label in Italian). I recommend all Italians who are in Paris and want to eat a good pizza to come to this pizzeria restaurant. We also had a grappa and the Amaro del Capo.

14/03/2024: Dinner with my colleagues. There were 13 of us at the table. We were able to eat at the same time. The pizzas were good. The wine was good.
