A casual burger joint near the center of Ajaccio, which we tried for dinner one evening in early June. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of sandwiches. The highlight of the sandwich, in my opinion, is the artisanal bread (you can also choose frozen bread, but for a euro more, I recommend homemade), incredibly soft and flavorful. The sandwich is well-seasoned and topped with plenty of fries. We paid about €18-20 per person for a sandwich, fries, and drink, which I think is in line with other places here in Corsica. The outdoor seating is on a quiet street.
