First experience with a salmon koulibiac; the puff pastry was really good, as were the ingredients: salmon, spinach, stuffing, and the little sauce. I'll definitely make it again.

I have lunch there whenever I'm in Bayonne and have never been disappointed. Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented... So I'm going to try their catering service for a cocktail party/lunch for 25 people. I think the quality will be just as good as what they serve at lunchtime!
