Moment Cafe sur Aurillac

We came for dessert after having a salad at the salad bar next door: what a disappointment. Three options: the panna cotta was frozen and therefore inedible. As for the red fruit tiramisu and the fruit charlotte, they were really the same ingredients (in different proportions) and not very good.

We had lunch as a family at this brasserie, which we stumbled upon quite by chance. The owner, a rugby fan, and his partner were very welcoming, and the waiter was friendly. We had excellent homemade fries, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The meat was exquisite, as was the crème brûlée. The wine and cheese were excellent and locally sourced. I highly recommend this brasserie; we'll be back, if only to see the owner's collector's jersey! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Excellent, I recommend the homemade burger with pepper/cantal or blue cheese sauce!

A very warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were kind, helpful, and responsive. The meal was delicious: salad with Cantal cheese croquettes, Aligot sausage (on the menu today), and the famous Murat cornet (a type of pastry). The homemade burger was one of our son's top three choices 😉.

Friendly, hearty, and inexpensive – a place not to be missed! The food was delicious and homemade, and the owners were incredibly cheerful. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Lunch with friends this Saturday was a wonderful discovery! We ate exceptionally well; the beef cheeks were simply divine!! The atmosphere was friendly, both with the owners and the staff. The team was very welcoming, smiling, attentive, and genuinely enjoyed sharing their food! We highly recommend it; a must-visit when you're in Aurillac!! Thank you for this lovely time together, The Périgord and Cantal locals 😉

Lunch today: fantastic welcome, very warm atmosphere, dish of the day: fabulous and very generous Salers beef hanger steak!!! I highly recommend it!!
