Since I was 10 years old, I've always ordered from Au Moment Gourmand. The owner is friendly, and the quality of the food is excellent—paninis, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, cakes, and more... the prices are quite low, and the pizzas are amazing! I order every week 🤣 because we love them so much—they're the best in Château, in my opinion.

Hello everyone, I've been a loyal customer of this establishment for a long time, ever since Maranello. I often order pizzas for delivery. I've also tried the Landes salad. 03/08/2026: The server wasn't very attentive. My request for a burger remains unanswered. The meat was of decent quality. There was a bit of a wait depending on the time of day, which is normal for well-cooked meat. As for the atmosphere, a little music wouldn't hurt.
26/07/2026: Hello Disappointed with our meal. The meat was very good, but the mashed potatoes were just two spoonfuls of completely dried-out mashed potatoes, barely reheated, and there was no butter at all. For dessert, the polka-dot cabbage was completely flattened; it looked like it had just come out of the freezer with a little cream. The toasted almonds were just burnt crumbs, which didn't match the menu's description at all. Disappointing, what a shame.
